A pair of salvaged statement piece 19th century terracotta lion masks, from a small square just outside Madrid is where these once were part of a fountain.

Salvaged around twenty years ago they were displayed by there owners as decorative pieces but could easily be brought back to their original glory with the insertin of a small copper pipe.

They have small damage to one eye  and a small break to one of the tongues but this is exactly how you would expect to find them at this age and being terracotta.
